How do i claim my Samsung watch that I got with my new contract guys ?

@dundas1: If your purchased a 5G ready Galaxy S20 from a participating retailer between the 02/09/20 and 30/09/20 then you can claim your Galaxy Watch Active via the Benefits section of the Samsung Members app on your new device. Go into to your samsung members application and do it from there i did mines and it got accepted you to give your imei number and proof of purchase date take a screenshot as instructed then you upload it then they will reply mines took about a week.

Hi, I purchased a Samsung s20 22/9/20 within offer period to claim a free active watch but the phone has been out of stock and he been told I'll be given a update on stock in 10 days! Will I still be able to claim my watch if the phone doesn't arrive within 30 days of purchase?

@Jay123456789: Unfortunately not, as claims must be made on the phone itself via the Samsung Members app. As long as your proof of purchase reflects that you bought the device inside the promotional window, and you make your claim no later than the 29.10.20, then you should be fine.
