Yeah, I’ve used UMIDIGI smartwatches before. You’ll need to use the “GloryFit” app (or Da Fit, depending on your watch model).
1. Open the app your watch uses (GloryFit or Da Fit).
2. Make sure your watch is synced with the app (should update your steps, heart rate, sleep, etc.).
3. Go into the app’s settings or profile tab, and look for a cloud sync or account backup option — usually you have to sign in with Google or another account to enable cloud sync.
If it’s not syncing automatically, try logging out and back in, or reinstall the app.
Unfortunately, UMIDIGI watches don’t support Google Fit or Samsung Health officially, so cloud backup is only through their app.
