I have received the watch 5  but when I go to the claim form online for the buds offer my model  number is not listed in the drop-down anyone else having this issue

Oh, that's good. They are still saying mines not acceptable, did you get message on the claims promotion website ?

I just got sent a confirmation email with a tracking code for the claim

I just don't know what to do, I'm getting no where with it, samung tell me to speak to claims promotion people, they just say my model isn't listed so not applicable and to speak to samsung. Annoying caus the end digits are simular to yours so can't see why the claim is any different.

I looked through the options earlier and r910nzaaeua is actually my one but not the same code I got which is weird, so I'd maybe just see if any are close/is yours and just make a claim
