I have received the watch 5  but when I go to the claim form online for the buds offer my model  number is not listed in the drop-down anyone else having this issue

Change the browser, ad blocker may be installed, disable it or vpn. I don't know what else, everything works for me.

Mine isn't in the list either. It seems that sm-r900nzddweu isn't available to choose. I spoke to the claims people who said its not eligible and told me to call samsung, I'm waiting an email. I ordered from Samsung direct on 12.08

already tried all but still isn't showing, tried emailing Samsung but still have yet to hear back

I called the number on the claims website and they put me through to samsung, hopefully the more people that call the quicker the model will be added to the list

yeah mines is SM-R910NZADWEU i aslo ordered from there, did you get anywhere with a phone call
