Can't pair Galaxy fit 3 with S22 ultra

I bought Galaxy fit 3 a few months ago and it paired successfully with my S22 ultra.

Unfortunately, a few days ago it kept disconnecting from my phone so I unpaired it and tried pairing it again. However, during the pairing process, it said, "Galaxy fit 3 plug in keeps stopping" and the pairing was unsuccessful.

I tried again more than 10 times without success (I already uninstalled Galaxy wearable and Galaxy fit 3 plug in, and started over but it didn't help).

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Sounds like there may be a problem with the watch. What country did you buy the Samsung stuff from?

I bought them in Thailand. The watch worked fine at first.

I think I've found the cause (but no idea about the solution).

The Galaxy fit 3 plug in isn't compatible with my phone anymore.

My phone is S22 ultra with June 2024 firmware, Android 14 and One UI 6.1

See attached screen shot. You should still be able to pair the two devices. Uninstall the plugin. Try downloading the wearable app from the Galaxy store and fully resetting the watch.1720945607000_1720945606991_0.jpg

Thanks for your reply. Galaxy fit 3 has just been released in Feb 2024 and doesn't use Tizen OS, so I think the termination of Tizen OS might not be relevant.

Anyways, I uninstalled the Galaxy wearable app, the Galaxy fit 3 plug in, and downloaded the Galaxy wearable app from Galaxy store (not Play store) then tried the pairing, but I still got the same error. Already tried several times with no luck.

After installing wear app and watch plug in. Reboot your device by holding volume down and power button together. Then try setting up the watch once your phone restarts. It may work it may not, worth trying. May also be worth wiping phones cache partition
