I ordered mine back on the 9 or 10th of this month. My Receive by date was 8/20/24 so about 10-11 days. I just got an update that now I wont get them until 9/6/2024, followed by a NEW update saying I won't get them until 9/20/2024. Here is what pisses me off. I am doing some traveling for work on 9/8 - 9/21. The entire reason I was ordering these was for THAT trip.
If they had no chance of being able to fulfill this order by 8/20/24 then they should have never shown that date. To push that back an entire month is 100% unacceptable and is a bait and switch. I would have ordered these via Amazon Prime and just disregarded using the rewards I had banked in my Samsung account. Now, they have waited to the point that Amazon is going to start seeing their delivery dates push out as fall back from this nonsense.
The received by date is an agreement, if they cannot honor said agreement, they should be willing to compensate each one of us.
*Update*
To make things worse when you try to contact support now, they all are down and it tells you to call the 800 number. If you call that number you find an estimated wait (at least for me) that was over 5 hrs.
