Can't pair Galaxy fit 3 with S22 ultra

I bought Galaxy fit 3 a few months ago and it paired successfully with my S22 ultra.

Unfortunately, a few days ago it kept disconnecting from my phone so I unpaired it and tried pairing it again. However, during the pairing process, it said, "Galaxy fit 3 plug in keeps stopping" and the pairing was unsuccessful.

I tried again more than 10 times without success (I already uninstalled Galaxy wearable and Galaxy fit 3 plug in, and started over but it didn't help).

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Thanks. I tried restarting and wiping the cache partition but it didn't help.

Try clearing the cache on the fit 3 plugin and wear app. There is also a new software update for the fit 3 today. Also make sure you have the Samsung accessory service running. Hopefully you can sort it out soon. I have my fit 3 working with the S23 FE.

Thanks. I've tried clearing the cache for those two apps and Samsung accessory service is running, still, the issue persists.

I also get a notification that there's an update for the fit 3 firmware, sadly I couldn't get it to pair, hence I couldn't  update it.

I'll try going to Samsung shop and get my fit 3 paired with a phone there to update it and see if it helps.

Hopefully you will get it sorted. I can't imagine the fit 3 plugin isn't available for the S22 when the S23 FE has the same processor. I downloaded the wear app from Google Play and not the Samsung store, although not sure that makes any difference.

Thanks. As for the plug in, my speculation is that Samsung intentionally make it a non-user-downloadable app, so it is flagged as incompatible.

I tried the Galaxy wear from Play store. The version number is the same as the one in Galaxy store, and no surprise, the pairing is unsuccessful 🥲

Update: I went to Samsung store. My fit 3 paired flawlessly with the phone there (S20). I got its firmware updated, reset it, and tried pairing it with my phone with my fingers crossed...

And it still failed 😔

At least I know it's not the fit 3, but a software glitch on my phone. Hope Samsung is aware of this issue and get it fixed very soon.

Yes. They told me to uninstall the app and try pairing the fit 3 again which I told them I already did. Then they told me to seek help from customer service which I also did as mentioned in my previous reply.
