I just started using this galaxy a14 with a receipt but then I had this message saying 'Claim your free galaxy watch active' but a few minutes later the message was gone. Any way I can try and claim it? Please give answers.

Hey there

The A14 was released in January and March 2023 so any offers would have been around that time.

I've not seen any promotions currently for this device.
