Ok so using the after promotion, I recall that you should have received an email confirming your claim has been accepted, then delivery would be up to 45 days after successful claim.
Some users who followed the same process as you did are just starting to receive delivery emails......
For myself, I ensured the promotional code was entered into the promotions box in checkout when ordering my device (S24U). All of mine order including the device, watch and case arrived together on 24th January.
