Today received my galaxy watch 6 ,I was so happy until I tried it, first main issue for me is its does not work speaking of pulse because of  my tattoos... its like one of the main features which I'm not able to use, second is battery after charging it to 100% I just used it for like 15-20 mins Installed 3 apps, and battery is at 85%. When I got it it was at 76% after 3 hours and 30 mins, barely used it mainly to replay to 3 messages and speaking on the call for about 5 min, battery lvl dropped down from 76% to 29%. Not sure from where that 30hours  with always on display was found but I want to know that ^^.

Brightness  lvl is on auto, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth is on.

My work is from 10-12h shift and I'm not sure how it will last that hours if in a bit more then 3hs battery is losing 47% with such a little use.

Good side is It was part of my gift from pre ordering s24u so I will probably sell it and at least get some free cash :smiling-face:

It's not the best of battery life. You could push it two days but it does last a day and a bit more.

Huawei watches last almost a week but you won't get all the functions the galaxy watch 6 does.

Also make sure the watch is not to tight on your wrist as you will end up burning your skin.

The cool spot is you should be able to put your finger in between your wrist and the band.

Also note the free watch is the tiny one .

I'll probably see what the watch 7 as to offer in terms of battery life otherwise probably go back to my huawei watches.

I am a light user and don't use the sports functions.

Mostly for calls and text notifications.

Also, it has an adaptive battery that takes about a week to 10 days to learn your usage patterns and optimum battery life. That's why it is important to have healthy charging cycles from the start. You'll start noticing a significant difference. Same thing with your phone.

Mine doe NOT hold a good charge and I have been a bit upset.  I charge every day when I shower after the gym, it gets to 100% but if I use my Bluetooth on the phone it drains the battery on the watch.  So I have to turn the Bluetooth off and remember to cut it on when I go to the gym.  I did NOT have to do that with my fitbit.  The steps appear to be inaccurate as well with no way of calibrating.

Hi KylVie i am reaaaally late to se this but it is probably because of the wifi. The watch is very smal and compact and that causes the battery to be very smal aswell. It is about 400mah. The average phone has 5000. Wifi and 4g/5g drains battery very quickly thats why the main purpose is to controll the phone and your health. If you want it to last longer you should disable always on display and adaptive brightness as this consumes battery quicker.
