i have issues with the Buds as the left side suddenly stopped working about a year ago and now both sides aren't working...what can i do to make it work as normal

Do a reset on the buds. Update them with the latest software version and see if they function. most of this can be done in the WEAR App.

having same issue my left side volume is very low even woth buds all the way up. right one is working fine. buds are not even a year old

i had exactly the same issue and tried the updated and the reset but nothing worked now after nearly two years the right 1 stopped too..so i contacted Samsung they coming to collect it today and give me a quote on repair as it's out of warranty and then I will decide if to repair or not .
sooo if your's still with in warranty i advise you do the same.
