Buds pro case not charning

My case in buds pro stopped charging, but when the cable is on, it charges only the headphones and does not want to charge itself

Are the buds seated properly in the case. Just the slightest bit of no contact will mean that they will not charge.

@KidDeathThe: Are you using the charging cable that came packaged with the Buds Pro? If so, what colour is the LED on the outside of the case when you connect to your charger?

I am having same issue. 

My case charge the buds(headphone) using the power cable and wireless pad. Once I remove it from powe cable it don't charge the buds

When I plug it in with the original Samsung cable red light lit up with or without buds in it.
