Buds pro 3 keep losing connection

So for the last 2 days my buds keep losing connection, I open the pro 3 case and it connects, ad soon as I put the buds in they lose connection and connect over and over
Does anyone else have this issue

Hi @Dredinho I have not had this issue. Ensure that the Galaxy Wearable App and the Buds are up to date, assuming that Battery life is sufficient. May need to reset the Network Connections, Reset-Reset Wifi and Bluetooth settings or all Settings. you could try a Soft Reset,insert the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid. wait at least 7 seconds and remove the earbuds,they will restart and automatically connect to your Device.
could also try resetting via the Wearable App,Earbud Settings-Reset or repair the Buds again.

Hello mate, I've done all the above steps and nothing has changed, its annoying as the music kept cutting out at 1st and now this, I've just booked in a repair as they are still under warranty

Oh right no problem. Yes I was going to suggest contacting support if Troubleshooting failed. Hopefully repair does the trick.

Yeah it was either book in a repair or stop using them!! L9l
