I just bought the galaxy buds pro 3 and the sound quality, ANC, and call quality are awesome, but I can't connect to my HP laptop and my phone at once?  Surely, for 250 bucks we'd be able to connect to more than one device.... If not this is a true oversight by Samsung.  Are they planning to add this feature via software update in the future?  Is it possible?  I'm going to have to return them if not.

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

Before you spent 250 bucks on the earbuds, did you see the product claim to have multipoint connect? As I can't see anywhere they claimed this—regardless of price, I wouldn't call it an oversight- being no promise to. You are able to connect them to multiple Samsung devices at once.

Youre posting in a forum for customers so nobody can tell you the intent in the future. Be sure to submit feedback to samsung members app- support- feedback- get this idea/ want into the devs hands

Samsung has a system where the earbuds will swap from device to device, but only connects to one device at a time. Called seamless bud connection. Multi connection was never claimed and isn't a normal Bluetooth feature you should be expecting if the device doesn't mention it
