Buds not working for phone calls

Hi,

I have the S21 Ultra and Buds Pro.

When trying to use the Buds for calls the Bluetooth connection keeps dropping out. Also when listening to music the player keeps stopping every few minutes. 

Has anyone else experienced this, and if so how did you solve it?

not tried them for a call .. listened to stuff from you tube and was impressed.. I was going to try them on teams call for work but you have me wondering now

update mines are working fine for listening on a teams call .. I had to use the wearables app to set them up did you

yes, I have the app as I also have a watch3
