I understand can take upto 45 days for your buds to arrive but does anybody else think its abit shocking how we have to wait so long for an update on how far your claim is going been 10 days since been approved for my free gifts and no updates giving how long i have left to wait.

Well for something that is free! Samsung make it really hard to claim! Sent is all the required information and still no update, have the Samsung Watch, TV and now a new S21 plus and no reply to the claim I have put in, maybe next time a iPhone 🤔

I converted at the S9, still have the option to return the S21 with my provider, the reason I left Apple was due to service, maybe I'll switch back, return the Samsung and go back to the Dark side 🤔 Free air buds yeah right, tick this box, send us this blah, blah, blah. You know I have it the the Network provider activation code tells you 🤦‍♂️
