I have the buds 3 pro and had the issue where the silicone tip ripped and Samsung customer service argued with me for 20 minutes and did absolutely nothing to fix the problem they caused by using junk tips! Bad customer service! I'm trying to spread the word on ever buds 3 pro post I can find!

@Bad customer service: I'm very sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding this matter, as this is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have with our products and services. There is definitely an art to replacing the ear tips on the Buds3 Pro, as applying force or using your fingernails can cause the tips to tear. Please note that the Buds3 Pro come with small, medium and large ear tips. If you have torn the medium set, then you may wish to try replacing them with the small or large ear tips, depending on which one's provide the most comfortable fit. 

From what I understand, the ear tips are not covered by our standard warranty, which is likely to be why you did not get the outcome you were hoping for when you contacted our Support Team. If the small and large replacement ear tips do not provide a comfortable fit, then you may wish to explore other options via reputable third party retailers. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.

I watched that video multiple times and did it exactly how it showed. I was one of the few customers that pre-ordered the Galaxy buds 3 Pro and actually received them on July 11th prior to them stopping shipments. I explained this to the customer service reps and they just did not care at all! They told me it was physical damage that it was my responsibility to remove the tips without ripping them even though Samsung stop shipment for like 2 months before reshipping them to everyone. I had already swapped from medium to large but I purchased different tips and was trying to remove the large stock tips and both ripped. Even after explaining this to customer service All they did was argue with me. So now I am on a mission to post on everything I can how horrible Samsung's customer service is! All they had to do was honor the warranty that states about manufacturers defects, which this is a known manufacturer's defect. I don't want special treatment or anything crazy, just normal treatment when a known issue happens, it should be fixed without a 20 minute argument!

@Bad customer service: I certainly understand where you are coming from, however this is not considered to be a manufacturing defect, and it therefore won't be possible to offer you a replacement set of ear tips under warranty. I can assure you that it is not the intention of our Support Team to be argumentative, however it may come across this way when they are communicating a viewpoint which conflicts with your own. We are only able to operate within the terms and conditions of our warranty which, in this instance, does not cover physical damage, accidental or otherwise. We always look to help out where we can, so it is regretful that it wasn't possible to meet your expectations on this occasion.

Is it true that these buds got held back for quality control issues? Yes. It is true that I received the first batch of these eat buds? Yes. This is a defective batch of tips! It is not physical damage! It is a manufacturing defect that was literally stopped from being shipped however I received them! Typical how you just jump to a conclusion before knowing the whole story! As I stated before Samsung customer service is a joke at best and based on your response, you just confirmed that! Thank you!
