Hi,
I encountered some audio quality issues with my new Galaxy Buds2 Pro while connected to Philips Smart TV.
The sound is rather more like from an old radio than a 4k TV and new earphones... sound is low and almost crackling, and depends on the quality of the streamed video. For example, it is impossible to watch anything on Twitch. Check out Pride and Prejudice on Netflix - the sound of first seconds of the movie is awful (I mean the singing bird).
Buds are up to date, so is the TV.
Does anyone have the same problem?

Hi @Members_RgOOMnY , What's the model code/name of your TV? And do the two devices work okay with other devices via Bluetooth in regards to the audio?

Hi @AntS, I've got Philips PUS8535/12 TV. Now I can't compare the connection with other BT devices to the TV, but a few months ago had an opportunity to pair it with Bang&Olufsen headphones and there were no issues.
The sound from Buds when connected to a smartphone, laptop or tablet is perfect.
