Hello. I really wanted to use my Buds 2 for work calls (Teams / Zoom) but the volume is too low on Windows (tested on many apps and even on native audio recorder).
There were no troubleshooting would make the microphone volume louder. I'm barely heard. Went through multiple internet posts and seems nothing has been done.
Can't Samsung simply add a microphone "boost" feature on the Galaxy Buds app to solve this once and for all.
Right now, people can't rely on Buds microphone for calls or any usage on PCs at all. If that's your purpose, I'm sorry, but go for another brand.
