I am really annoyed with the samsung service and their policies , my buds had mic issues , i sent for service , when received back it was working and soon i got the update notification , post update i am back to square one , with non functional buds

Interesting...no issues that I've found. Have you tried hard resetting them?

Sounds like you had issues prior to this update too? Are they still in warranty?

Just got an update for my Buds2 Pro but after updating it the Active Noice Cancelling is not as good as it was before.
