Hi and welcome, it's just a method to keep it calibrated, yes it can get annoying, but I got used to it and find it's not far off my Omron M10 IT BP machine.
For example, if I use my watch or BP machine for 3 measurements all 3 vary, the BP Machine even has an auto average of 3 reading function.
Use the watch as a directional trend.

Hi @Dee76 The watch needs to be recalibrated to ensure accuracy and unfortunately will not take Blood Pressure Readings without doing so. The readings should vary but it is not a medical device. It is recommended not to exercise or take caffine /alcohol 30 minutes beforehand.
The watch should be snug on your wrist with the wrist position constant, whilst measuring.

Yeah. It seems to be giving a reading similar to what I have entered during calibration. It's way off now against the machine. It's like it is only giving what it thinks your usual BP is.
