Suddenly since last week myself and my wife are not getting notifications through to our smart watches. 

I've been through all the settings and any 'smart watch for an ***** guide' but can't seem to sort the issue.

I have read somewhere that there's an issue with Samsung....any one have any ideas or in the same situation??

Hi there, have you checked in galaxy wearable app on your phone under watch settings>notifications From there, you can verify that the switch next to the features you want to receive notifications for are turned on. Have you checked that watch is paired with your device? If so try to unpair and pair it again

Hi and thanks for the response.
Yes I've tried all of that and just tried the unfair and pair.
Still nothing. It's confusing as it has happened on both devices.

Have you tried to turn off wrist detection? Also you could try go on you phone settings >apps> find galaxy wearable app tap on it then force stop if that won't help try to uninstall and reinstall galaxy wearable app and set you watch as new or try to reset your watch

@Burt05: On the Watch itself, head to Settings > Notifications > Show Phone Notifications On Watch, to set the conditions for receiving notifications while you're wearing the Watch. Also, select Notification Indicator > On to notify you of any unread notifications, and Turn On Screen > On. If the issue persists, head to Settings > Advanced Features, and disable Bedtime Mode and Theatre Mode if they're active, as both options will mute notifications while active.
