Black watch screen

I have tried restarting, putting it on charge & restarting again, I have even tried factory resetting my watch. The screen will not light back up. I turn the bezel and feel the watch vibrate so I know it is fully working. The watch hasn't been in contact with water or taken any impacts that I recall. 
 
 Does anyone know how to fix this? 
 Do I have to go to a technician?

Press and hold the power button till it powers on

Try below

Press and hold the Power button on the watch while it is charging

You see the ‘Power Off’ button show up on the Options screen

Tap on “Power Off”

Once the watch is powered off, press and hold the Power button until the Samsung Galaxy logo appears, then release the button

Hiya, i am currently having the same problem with mine only mine just shows the notification dot.

If you still have your watch connected to galaxy wearable try updating it

Nothing shows up on the screen, not even a charging symbol and this does not work for me

How old is the watch
You could try contacting support And see if can get help under the warranty
If none of the fixes work
