Add mute capability to Galaxy Buds 3 pro

Please add the mute physical gesture to the buds 3 pro via software/firmware update. This is a much desired feature which is present in competitors devices.

I believe he is referring to muting the mic while on a phone call. These are the first ear buds i have owned that do not do this. It is super annoying.

• Yes!!   Adding the ability to mute the mic while on a call or video conferencing platform is critical!!  
  I can’t tell you how often I am working in a remote noisy coms shelter with hardware fans blaring and my phone attached to the open door for signal.  Being able to mute/unmute while on multi hour calls without having to do it from the phone is a major feature.  It used to be the deciding factor if I was to purchase a set of buds, but forgot to check with these since it’s so standard now a days..

Totally agree too. I purchased the Buds 3 pro and just returned them because the mute/unmute mic during a call is a MUST have for my usage. This is really too bad as the quality of other features are so great. Rather, I took a jabra ELite 10 and by default a single press on the bud button (left or right) performs mute/unmute

Thanks for raising this issue. I'm so disappointed as I liked many things in this product but had to send it back as the mute feature is just a MUST HAVE for my daily usage. How can Samsung call it "Pro" without this basic and IMPORTANT feature. Looking forward for a firmware update allowing this feature easily.

Can Samsung put a reply to this request. It's just astonishing to miss this feature. Is it planned for a future update of did them on purpose choose not provide it. Other serious brands do support this feature like Apple, Jabra, JBL ...

I also believe that a flagship pair of headphones should support such a basic feature as muting with a gesture. I'm bumping this topic and looking forward to a response.
