White marks on UA75CU8100KXXT

I just purchased an expensive 75inch TV UA75CU8100KXXT and during dark movie scene I can see some white marks all over the place. It's very disturbing and I'm extremely disappointed with such an expensive product not able to provide a decent image in the dark.

My TV is only 2 month old. Should I ask to get it replaced? I saw another post saying it's a normal default. If it is, it will be my last Samsung TV.

That's not normal. If it is, my dissatisfied emotional damages would have taken it back. I have a 2019 QE95 range, and it's fantastic.
