Where to find the Tv guide

I have recently bought a QE50Q and for the life of me I cannot find the tv guide. I have found the channel list not a problem though.

Does anyone know how to get a full guide

Hi @Chris249  You should be able to access the Tv guide  via the Smart Remote by pressing the centre of the Channel Up/Down Button.

But why is not possible using the normal remote? Also does anyone know how to get the guide up and still see the program you're currently watching?

I have this issue on my new Q90B, the tv guide is not available unless I use a remote from another tv that actually has a tv guide button on it.  Pressing the centre of the channel up/down doesn't work

Press AND HOLD the "channel list" button. You're welcome.

If it is a Samsung SolarCell Smart Remote, press and hold the right horizontal (channel) bar and a menu will appear on the screen and you can then arrow over to the guide view you want.
