My Samsung account was initially configured with an address in France.
However, I relocated to the UK two years ago.
On February 13, 2023, I purchased a TV and proceeded to register it on samsung.com, opting for a 5-year warranty extension. Subsequently, I received a registration code via email.
Shortly after this registration, I updated my Samsung account with my current UK address to take advantage of local offers.
During this address change on samsung.com, all my devices disappeared from my account. After some troubleshooting, I managed to retrieve my devices, but unfortunately, the 5-year warranty extension is no longer visible.
Does anyone have advice on resolving this issue or know how to contact the warranty department, including any email addresses or phone numbers?
