Very hot one connect box

I just bought a Samsung QE65Q95T QLED-T.
It is a 2020 model. The connct box get extremly hot. I am afraid that it can start a fire, is there anything i can do my self preventing it from getting that hot? 
Is it normal for it to get very hot?

Have same problem with 55”. Did you solve it? Thinking of returning because of it.
