Been getting a few problems with my Samsung UA55F7500BLXJG Smart TV lately, namely:
(i) I cannot update the TV, the current version is 1128, and I have been getting notifications that there is a new version (1136), which I cannot install. Getting an error message 800 (Resource Error). Tried by connecting to the wi-fi and by USB, same issue.
(ii) every time I switch off the TV, and switch it on again, all data disappears, like Netflix Password, and even my Touch remote pairing.
(iii) the TV does not retain any history. If I am watching a movie on an HDD and stop, the next time the movie starts from the beginning instead of resuming
(iv) all uninstalled apps on SmartHub appear again when I switch the TV back on
Any help for the above isses?
