Unable to find the NBC app to download

I am attempting to download the NBC App onto my Model QN49Q70RAF tv. NBC instructions for doing that:

To download the app on your Samsung Smart TV device, follow the steps below:

1. Using your TV remote, access the Smart Hub
2. Select Apps, then use the magnifying glass icon to search for "NBC"
3. Click through the prompts to install the app - then click to launch

First, there was no Smart Hub but I did find the Apps. However, the only app that I could find was NBC sports, not the general app. What do I need to do to find the full NBC app that will allow me watch programs, movies, etc.?
