I just bought a new 43" Frame TV.
I have run through the set up numerous times and the TV is connecting to my Sky Q mini box and provides me access to the Sky channels. The universal remote works to change channels but for nothing else.
I am unable to access the Sky menu so cannot watch recordings or on demand.
Is there anyway of fixing this?

Hi @disapointed customer I am able to access the recordings by pressing the Home Button on my Smart Remote. Could try setting up the Universal Remote again but may not provide a solution. It appears it is not so straightforward for programming the Smart Remote with Skyq on the newer models. one workaround another customer found was to go to Settings/123/RGB button, then navigating up/down to the 'control' section (below the numbers section), then navigating left/right to find the right button.

Hi, I have just bought the 2024 frame and cannot get back to sky home page or access recordings or start a recording. Did u manage to rectify it if so would u mind letting me know how, many thanks
