Hello,

I purchased my Samsung The Frame QE50LS03DAUXXH in Greece but I am currently residing in Georgia. I seem unable to connect to Smart Hub, I have literally tried everything. The old trick MUTE > VOL UP > CHANNEL UP > MUTE doesn't seem a thing anymore. I have reset everything a millions times, trying all possible tricks, using VPN, Smart DNS, you name it... Can somebody help please? This may really be the worst purchase of my life 😞

Hi
If you are having trouble connecting your Samsung Smart Hub, you can try these steps:

Power cycle your devices: Unplug your TV and router, wait at least a minute, and then plug them back in.

Check your network status: Use your TV remote to navigate to Settings, then All Settings, then Connection, then Network, and finally Network Status. This will show you the connection status of your TV, router, and the internet. If your TV and router aren't connected, you can try these steps:

Check that all cables connected to your router are secure.

Restart your router.

Try connecting another device to your router. If it works, then the issue is with your TV.

Reset your Smart Hub: You can reset your Smart Hub by following these steps:

1 Press the Home button on your remote.
2 Select Settings.
3 Navigate to Support and select Device Care.
4 Select Self Diagnosis.
5 Choose Reset Smart Hub.
6 Enter your TV's PIN.

Update your firmware: Try updating your TV's firmware.

Check for software updates: See if there are any software updates available for your TV

Hi. Thanks for this, but I am afraid these are pretty basic troubleshoots I have already extensively tried 😞

It looks to me like Samsung does not want people to use a tv outside of its region - which is utter nonsense. It shouldn't be too complicated, it's incredibly disappointing to see how hard is to adapt a tv to a new region. With old models you always had that trick: MUTE > VOL UP > CHANNEL UP > MUTE, which here seems not to be working anymore. Unless the region is changed to the current one, I believe this issue will not be solved.
