Reset tv to default settings. Download the “SmartThings” app and follow the prompts.
I had everything done in 10 minutes.

Unable to accept terms and conditions on my smart tv. Tried many things, but still no success!

SOLUTION FOR ME,try it! I just walked thru solution with Samsung.
While TV is powered on, Hold down power button on TV (5 sec.), then hold down power button on remote, you should see a power cycle or similar, then continue setup of terms and policy.
It worked, wow! That was easy, but nothing publicly from Samsung. I worked about 6hrs or more.
Solution took 45min (waiting for callback from Samsung) and 5 minutes trying to find power button on TV.
