My 75" Samsung TV is now faulty purchased through sonic direct on 30/11/21.
I called the number provided on receipt and emailed (uk.technical@samsung.com) photos to highlight fault.
75% screen was black on right side now it's showing picture but the left side has gone darkness black.
Received text that they would call today 28/11/22 between 1pm to 2pm to discuss my concerns, but they failed to do so.
Also my product is registered on Samsung how do I check if I have activated the 5 years warranty.

did you get this resolved, I have exact same TV and got same problem with mines at the weekend 26/08/23, TV is 22 months old and Samsung have washed their hands from it, saying its out of warranty.
Trading standards Scotland and credit card company disagree,
