I'm getting some lines showing sometimes at the bottom of the TV and sometimes full screen. . It's like multi colored lines and when it's full screen you can't see the picture at all

 @dipesh44  Think best to check the HDMI connections in case not quite secure and causing problem.,may need to disconnect and try again.

However if the issue persists  try a Picture Test,Settings-Support-Self Diagnosis-Picture Test.  If this fails would need to get in touch with Samsung support,could be a faulty board for instance.   https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/
