Hi, I bought this TV from Richer Sounds last week. I tried to tune it in and nothing I did could make it see any terrestrial channels. I started the set-up process by using the SmartThings app, but it repeatedly failed, so finished off the installation manually with the remote. Since then I tried many times to retune it, but it never finds a single channel. I've done factory resets, changed the aerial lead, and plugged in three other separate TVs to make sure the aerial is working and all three of them can tune in and I can watch terretrial TV. I called Richer Sounds, and they agreed to replace my TV. It arrived today, and exactly the same thing is happening. It feels like there is either a bad batch of TV modules in these TVs or I am ***** something very wrong, which is irritating as I'm not a Technophobe! I'm waiting to hear back from Richer Sounds, but fear they will offer to send me another TV, which wont solve the issue. Anyone have any ideas? I may end up givng the TV back and picking another brand, as my experience with Samsung so far isn't great.

Afternoon @Ripstop ,
that is odd. Have you tried to follow the steps from page 19 on the TV manual to do the initial setup? If so, check page 14 on this E-manual and let m know how you get on.

Yes, I've tried all of this. Only connected the aerial right from out the box (i.e. I've not connected anything else yet) and it doesn't pick up any of the channels.

...and just to be clear, it's set up to scan "Terrestrial", then "Digital".

Nope! Richer Sounds sent me two of them to try, but they both did the same, so went back to an LG. Worked immediately.
