UE50RU7020 Alexa only turning TV on and off

TV is advertised as Alexa being able to turn off and on, control volume, change channel and search on YouTube. 

I can only seem to turn off and on, anything else it says 'TV doesn't support that'

@CallumD: I have spoken with our SmartThings Team and they have confirmed that this model has limited support for Alexa, and is only capable of powering on/off the device. Regarding the RU range of TV's, full support for Alexa can be found on RU7100 models and above.

Hi Andrew, 

I have just purchased the RU7100 and i am having the same issue as the original poster. The Alexa will switch the TV on and off but when you ask to do anything else it says that ' TV doesn't support that ' ????
