UE43CU7100K Recording to hard drive

Can Samsung please confirm if the UE43CU7100K has the ability to record to an external hard drive?

I have just bought this tv and am unable to enable this feature.

If not can Samsung confirm which 43 inch models do have this feature?

It is supported in some regions. Quick test is go to viewing guide, highlight a program and long press.

Just got off the phone with Samsung tech support and they told me this model no longer has DVR so it cannot record live tv.

They also said there are no current 43 inch models that have this feature.
