As for carbon neutral, that's nigh on impossible to achieve. Yes they could offset the carbon used during the mining of raw materials and fabrication of the TV but then you have shipping to your country and the shop or etailer you are buying it from then has to ship it to you. After that how carbon neutral really is your power supply and hot water/heating? Do you have solar panels and an air sourced heat pump installed for example? Or are you 100% reliant on the national grid (not carbon neutral despite energy companies selling you plans that supposedly are) and mains gas or paraffin oil for hot water/heating still?
