@Jamie296: Please can you confirm the model number of your TV? This can be found on the sticker on the back of the device, or in Settings > Support > About This TV.
Is the TV turning off after a set amount of time, or is it random? Furthermore, is it during a period of inactivity, or are you watching TV at the time, and interacting with it?
