That's certainly not what we like to hear, @Alan007! Could we take the full model code and current software of the TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV. Also, are you able to provide a photo/s to show the issues you're having with the screen?

Could you try a Picture Test for us? Head to Settings> Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.
If you still see the shading on those screens, then you'd need to get your TV inspected by one of our engineers.

It looks like you might be trying to access this inside an app or menu. Could you head to standard TV and then try again?

I'm sorry to hear that. Are these marks visible in all the screens and sources or just when white is displayed on screen? If these are visible in all of them you may want to have this looked at by one of our engineers.
