Tried to get in touch with Samsung over my tv not working but could not speak to anyone phone number not working also saying that it couldn't recognise my model of tv very very very disappointing

I tried all that this morning still no answers and the phone number wasn't even ringing just disconnected straight away

Furthermore, please can you let me know what issues you are experiencing with your TV?

If you could also let me know the model number for your TV, I'll see if there are any suggestions I can make from my side.

The number was 0333000033 or like that the picture went off but I had sound and the model was UE58TU7100KXXU

At which stage are you being prompted to confirm your TV model, please?

Hi, @DJE77. Apologies that I did not get back to you as quickly as you expected, as I was replying to other posts on the Community, so replies will not always arrive immediately.

I'm puzzled as to why you've been unable to get through to our Support Team, as the Helpline is certainly contactable and there are no reported issues on the line. I'd recommend reaching out to the team again, as it's entirely possible that you encountered a temporary issue with the line when you called initially (just a hypothesis, mind you).

Alternatively, if it's easier for you, please can you elaborate on the issues you've been experiencing with your TV and which steps you have followed so far?
