I'm puzzled as to why you've been unable to get through to our Support Team, as the Helpline is certainly contactable and there are no reported issues on the line. I'd recommend reaching out to the team again, as it's entirely possible that you encountered a temporary issue with the line when you called initially (just a hypothesis, mind you).
Alternatively, if it's easier for you, please can you elaborate on the issues you've been experiencing with your TV and which steps you have followed so far?
