TV The Frame QE65LS03BAUXXC 2022 doens't stop art mode after timer

Hi,

I have a TV The Frame 2022 which works well except that Art mode never stops whereas I've set a timing of 5 minutes.

I've tried different timings, and also unplug/replug the TV, but nothing changes. So I have to explicitely turn off the TV every time by a long press on the on/off button on the remote control.

If somebody already had this issue, is this something that can be easily fixed, or will I have to return the TV for a repair? I guess it's just a software problem, but hard to say.

@Snew: If you are using the 'Sleep After' feature in Art Mode, then please be aware that this uses motion detection, and will only power off the TV if no movement is detected around the TV for the allotted time. 

With this in mind, as a workaround, you may wish to try heading to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Auto Power Off, and enable this feature. This will power off the TV if noone interacts with the remote for a set period, and may be better suited for your circumstances/viewing environment.
