TV smart hub suddenly changed - cannot revert back to current version

last night the smart hub button made little widgets appear at the bottom of the screen instead of taking me to the proper smart hub page.  

Have tried reseting everything. 

Menu still the same as before, except apps now all appear Arabic and very old. 

No further updates seem to be available for the apps or the TV itself. 

Can anybody help?

Hi @Greta_ , can you confirm the software version you're running? You can find  this by pressing Settings/  Menu on the remote and going to Support > About this TV/.
