Hi,
I'm having some troubles with my recently purchased monitor 34'' LS34A650UBUXEN.
The display works fine when I connect my laptop through HDMI port, but it does not work when I connect it through USB-C connection.
I tried with the cable that comes with the display, I bought another cable (thunderbolt 4) and tested it out with 3 different laptops with no success but in just one.
My current firmware is M-A6534SCZA-1003.3.
Is there a new firmware version for this monitor?

I have the same problem on my Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Gen 5 but have tried to connect a MacBook without problem as well as my Samsung S21 phone. I have firmware M-A6534SCZA-1002.2 on my screen.

I contacted the Swedish B2B customer support and they sent me firmware file and another set of instructions. After updating that firmware, called M-RRTEKPDIC-0088.0[A8FE].bin, it works fine over USB-C!

Can you confirm the firmware you got M-RRTEKPDIC-0088.0[A8FE].bin works for our monitorsLS34A650UBUXEN?
If you got to menu information on the monitor, what firmware version does it display?
I ended up returning the old one and getting a new one and I still have the same problems

Dear all, ive the same issue. Ive the monitor LS34A650UBUXEN and i can only connect with HDMI. Maybe one of you can provide me the firmware update of this monitor.
