Video still to be approved but aware of similar issues in Tv's.
This issue could be caused by backlight faiulure or an issue with the power Board.
Some troubleshooting to try:
Are the lines permanent and on all sources? Can you check that all connections are secure, could try reconnecting cables. However if errors apparent on Picture Test, Setings-Support-Device Care-Self Diagnosis-Picture Test or unresolved it is advisable to obtain professional help via Samsung Support https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/
However as this is a 2016 model a repair may not be viable.

Hi James,
Thanks for your reply, I have tried all the suggested advice but the problem still happens. Shame the video is not yet been approved as it really shows the issue. I hope when it is approve that someone will direct me to what to repair/replace as I cant really afford a new TV, Thanks again James.
