Hi, my Samsung QE65QN900BTXXU has dark patches as shown in the photos. This is the reason I had to upgrade as my other one had the same issue. Granted the other one was 5 years old. This new one started this less than 2 years old. Now its is out of warranty I was offered a 15% coupon to upgrade. This TV was £4k+ less than 2 years ago. Unacceptable.

Hi @jp1991 , Welcome to the Samsung Community :smiling-face:

I take it you have been through troubleshooting such as power cycling, Factory Reset, reconnecting HDMI cables and that the Picture Test identifies errors?  was repair  not offered or did you not wish to go down this route?

I agree that a 15% discount does not appear satisfactory, obviously it is out of warranty though.

Some stores such as Richer Sounds and John Lewis offer extended warranties as standard on  many models, Samsung sometimes offer 5 year warranties for particular models (a number of retailers qualify but not them all).

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Hi James. Yes I have tried all the steps for that. All sources. It may be out of warranty but I have spent a lot of money with Samsung. I have the S25 ultra. Watch ultra 3 flagship TVS, with 2 flagship soundbars and woofers, book 4 pro buds pro 3. My wife also has a Samsung phone. Samsung washer and dryer. So i have spend a lot of money with the company in the past 36 months. So id expect a bit more back from Samsung.

And regardless a flagship £4k TV should not fail within 24 months of purchase.
