Hi all , currently have a Crystal UHD ue50au9000 TV and thinking of changing to the NeoQLED 55" , for those that have the Neo what's the picture like ??? I sometimes find on the Crystal it's a bit dark , thanks
Depending on preference, I would suggest going to a retailer for a demonstration and getting your own feel for it. Make sure to ask to use other channels outside of the demo (YouTube, etc.).
@Edgie70 Crystal UHD tv's use LED backlight Technology whilst the Neo QLED's use thousands of mini LED's . The processor also uses neural networks and AI to enhance images. obviously can look at number of reviews/videos or check in store, I do not have a NEO QLED personally though.
