Samsung QLED TV in warranty Display not working repair pending for long

Hi,
I bought a Samsung QLED  QA50Q60AAKLXL on 7/8/2021 for Rs: 70500 with a warranty of 3 years.
To my surprise, this expensive model TV that we bought with great expectations turned out to be a nightmare that keeps getting faulty and i have to run behind the service people to get this fixed. Every complaint raised takes a month to resolve which means we don't get to use the TV at our home for the long months time. Cant believe i paid the lump sum to tolerate this.
Issue 1 : May 2022 :Screen Blackout
Within a span of less than a year of buying the TV that its display was fully black and had to raise my first service request in  May 2022. It took more than a month to get the issue resolved ; stating the entire Panel had to be replaced and it needed to be transported from Chennai.Our home has kids and Old parents whose only source of entertainment is TV and they had a tough time with the long wait. 

 

Issue 2 : July 2022 : Blue Screen
Soon after we got the Panel replaced we found that the display was looking quite unnatural with some additional blue tint. Again we waited for a month and they got the panel replaced. I hope you understand how annoying and frustrating this would be to me as a customer who paid for the highest priced TV in the market.
Issue 3: July 2024 : Screen Blackout
The TV display was again not working  from 7/7/2024. I raised a complaint on the same day and a repair request was created 4396414237. On 8/7/2024, a technician came from Samsung service center and took some pics and voltage values of the TV and said that the panel was gone and needed to be replaced. It's been  more than 1 month now. I didn't get any updates from the Samsung service center. Whenever I call them they tell me its Pending approval. I am so frustrated and tired with this continuous follow up and am not getting any updates either from Samsung  service center or from the officials. This is not acceptable.
 
This is the Limit and i need proper assurance from the responsible people that this shouldn't occur to me again. If your TV model is built in such brittle manner that it goes faulty every few months time please keep the TV with yourself and provide me with a better model TV or provide me with suitable compensation. We need assurance that this doesn't recur.Our warranty period is also exhausted from this month and we are pretty sure this is going to happen again in few months and we are going to have to bear with the cost of the Panel (Which is pretty expensive).My sincere request to please ensure your customer would not have to go through such torture!
 
Kindly do the Needful ASAP !!
