Samsung QA50Q80AAKLXL TV panel totally stop working 2 times in 3 years.

I am enable to register my tv on Product Registration my serial no is 0ALC3PAR700373H. I am able to see following issue - 

This serial number or IMEI format is not correct. Please check the 11 or 15-digit format and try again.

even I scan my tv code and added it into Samsung product registration portal. Does any one have any idea on this issue?

also last year Samsung replace my QLED panel and even withing 1 year of replacement now panel is not working. Can I eligible for warrant period even tv is 3 years old?

As this TV comes with 125000 Rs INR then why company is not providing good panels in warranty period? This Tv has 10 year of led burn warranty. This modal has 10 year Burn in warranty.

Hi @suraj0793  There are a number of ways to register, can you try registering directly on Tv https://www.samsung.com/ie/support/tv-audio-video/how-to-register-your-samsung-tv/ 

on the other point would depend  on the warranty period, standard warranty  12 months in your country but sometimes longer ones are available. you would best placed contacting the Indian Samsung support  for  these issueshttps://www.samsung.com/in/support/contact/   Their community is also here https://r2.community.samsung.com/t5/India/ct-p/in?page=1&tab=recent_topics
